All the volunteer students attending the Give A Hand Mentorship Program are responsible
for complying with the security and discipline rules set forth by the Give A Hand Organization
during their orientation. Full attendance to all volunteer and academic activities is mandatory
unless any health emergencies and/or specific issues arise. Any student who does not follow
the rules and regulations properly will be dismissed from the program without any refund.
By signing, I hereby certify that the above information as well as all of the documentations
I uploaded, to the best of my knowledge, are correct and belong to myself. I understand that
if there is any change in the information I provided, I will immediately report the changes
to the Give A Hand Organization.
